A local team, tired of watching big providers let people down
I’m Gio. I started Voipio in North Haledon because I kept seeing the same thing: great local businesses stuck with phone companies that were impossible to reach, quick to add fees, and nowhere to be found when something broke.
So we built the opposite. We come to your office and set everything up ourselves. We answer the phone when you call. And we charge honestly — no surprise line items, no offshore call center, no runaround.
Today we look after the phones for 500+ businesses across the region — law firms, medical practices, real estate offices, and more. Most of them found us through a neighbor’s referral, and they tend to stay for the same reason: we treat every client like the referral that sent them.
